Annabelle studied Yoga Teaching in 2015 and is a Registered Yoga Teacher who integrates the tools she learned into her practice of Occupational Therapy. She has been looking forward to integrating the science of Occupational Therapy with the long-established traditions of yoga to help people live more fulfilling and joyful lives.

During a hiatus from Occupational Therapy, Annabelle managed a large restaurant and also studied commercial cooking. She likes to integrate meal planning and cooking skills into her work where she can.

When Annabelle is not working with her clients, she can be found in the kitchen, cooking healthy and nutritious food for her family and friends, practicing yoga (of course), travelling and spending time in nature.
