
Jingshu is an experienced and qualified bilingual counsellor, graduating from Murdoch University in 2016. She has over 10 years experience, working as a counsellor and mental health professional across Australia and China since 2005. She has a Master of Counselling from Murdoch University.
Jingshu has worked with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and age groups, from children to older adults, who experience life crises, trauma, loss, anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, ADHD, relationship conflicts, parenting stresses, life transition and mental health issues. She provides a safe and empathic space where clients are being listened to deeply and invited to give voice to their concerns and stories. She utilises a wide range of techniques to support clients, from person-centred psychodynamic approaches to evidence-based techniques, such as CBT, DBT, Internal Family System and Emotion Focused Therapy.
Jingshu is a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association. Jing offers counselling in both English and Mandarin.
