Pia is a dedicated Occupational Therapist registered with AHPRA, specialising in mental health for over a decade. Her extensive experience includes case management, inpatient OT, and community rehabilitation, with a focus on assisting youth with emerging psychosis. Committed to a holistic approach, Pia empowers individuals to understand the influence of various life factors on their well-being, enabling them to make positive, practical changes. She skillfully integrates her passion for art and music into her practice, leveraging the therapeutic power of creative expression to enhance self-esteem and emotional regulation. Pia is proficient in both group and one-on-one settings, utilising psychological interventions such as CBT, DBT skills, and motivational interviewing. Her areas of interest include mental health, stress management, mind-body-movement, creative expression, sleep, and collaboratively setting and working towards meaningful and achievable objectives with her clients. Outside of her professional life, Pia cherishes time spent in nature, hiking, and travelling.
